What was it all About ?

In July 2010 Ted Bradley, the Treasurer of Mountaineers for Cancer Care was to have joined a commercial expedition to the Andes to climb four high mountains between 5000 and 6500 meters (16 400 ft - 21 300 ft) in altitude. Unfortunately, for - hopefully temporary - health reasons Ted was unable to travel to Bolivia to participate in the expedition. A cheque for the £870 raised offline was presented to Macmillan Cancer support on Wednesday 18th May 2010. The remaining £200 was raised online at Justgiving.com.

A very big thank you to everyone who donated to Macmillan through Mountaineers for Cancer Care. The plans are already coming together for an even bigger  fundraising adventure for 2011-2012.
